Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Develop a recruiting strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc…
· Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, starting with resume screen, initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
· Generate qualified candidates through cost-effective recruiting methods such as leveraging networks, sourcing passive candidates, utilizing the employee referral program and identifying untapped avenues and channels not leveraged by other silicon valley companies. Creativity is key here.
· Create and manage a great experience for every candidate; from the first contact, through the interview process, and ending with negotiating an offer. We want to create a WOW experience for candidates that they will talk and praise about our company and even refer us, even after being rejected!
· Represent Coffee Meets Bagel in the community to increase brand awareness in key talent pools
· Work closely with hiring managers & interview team to ensure we continue to improve our sourcing and interview process, including scheduling and debriefing.
· Maintain reports for all sourcing and recruitment activity. Set success metrics to track our performance. Manage third party recruiters.
· Lead and execute various AdHoc talent acquisition related projects/initiatives.
