Jenna has nearly 10 years of Talent Acquisition industry experience, ranging from agency, corporate, and beyond. She is the founder of DNA Talent, a boutique recruiting firm that specializes in helping the early stage of startups grow. She is passionate about educating the world's recruiting community and founded SVRA three years ago. Her mission of SVRA is to create both a more connected local and global recruiting community and provide access to education and training to create the next generation of recruiting leaders.
Kirill Elistratov started his recruiting career at a boutique agency in San Francisco where he had an opportunity to work with some of the top tech companies in the Silicon Valley including Google, Yahoo and Apple. He immediately was drawn to technical recruiting and decided to continue his professional career in Talent Acquisition. Since then, Kirill has built engineering teams at Clearslide, BitTorrent, Redfin, and is currently hiring technical talent at NerdWallet. In addition to recruiting, Kirill has worked in Operations and Human Resources and has spent nearly ten years in the Workforce Development field - helping transform communities by creating paths to employment. Today, Kirill enjoys leveraging his diverse background to help companies grow in a meaningful way.
Andrew is a seasoned silicon valley staffing leader, currently at Narvar, building out their leadership, product, marketing, and finance teams. He is well versed in scaling startups and high growth companies. He has experience in both international (EMEA, LATAM, APAC) and domestic markets starting his career at a top search firm in Tokyo, Japan (lived and worked in Japan for 5 years). Andrew has worked extensively with Founders, C-Level Executives, VP’s, Directors, and Hiring Managers to attract top talent and develop successful teams.
Andrew is very excited to be part of the SVRA board and the mission of helping to bring the silicon valley talent community together and allowing talent professionals to grow their skills in a non-competitive and nurturing environment.
Originally from the rural mountains of western Pennsylvania, Anne began her postgraduate recruiting career in Philadelphia, PA. After a few years in "The City of Brotherly Love," she relocated to San Francisco to be a part of the University Recruiting team at LinkedIn. Joining the Silicon Valley Recruiters Association has sparked a passion for mentorship and an interest in building a stronger community of recruiters in the Bay area.
When she is not recruiting the next generation of talent, Anne enjoy live music, hiking, and performing choreography from popular music videos.
Sacchi is currently a Technical Recruiter at Orbital Insight and a diversity consultant/speaker through MasculinityU, an organization that he co-founded in 2010 which focuses on creating gender equality. Previously, he has recruited at Facebook, Google, and DAQRI.
Before joining the tech industry, Sacchi worked as an administrator and adjunct faculty at Stanford University, Syracuse University, and managed programs at several non-profit organizations - all focused on ending gender-based inequality.
Sacchi joins his SVRA Board members in providing strategic support to Silicon Valley in shaping the ways in which recruiters can make a positive impact in our communities.
